Background of David M. Woodke

David M. Woodke attained a B.S.B.A. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, 1972, and a J.D. from Creighton University, School of Law, 1976. Mr. Woodke has practiced civil trial law in Nebraska and Iowa for over 30 years.

He has been involved in presenting, filing and trying lawsuits for plaintiffs, the defense, discovery, negotiations, settlement, mediations of property and personal injury, malpractice, real estate and corporate disputes.

Services

WMAS offers a neutral, spacious location for your ADR sessions at no extra charge. WMAS will also arrange for travel to a location convenient for your ADR sessions. Fees are $220.00 per hour for review, travel and participation in the ADR session. No mileage or administrative fees will be charged. Lodging charges, if required, will be billed at cost.
